SRG Motor Company are dodgy

I bought a car from SRG Motor Company sometime ago and found that it had been badly repaired, I even found paperwork showing where the repair had been done so I called them up to complain, they said they do lots of work for Shane and that it just needs to look good is what he asks for, they also told me he buys a lot of cars from auctions and that they are auction cars for a reason. I tried to sort this out with Shane but he was not interested. Avoid this dealer and be warned... are the glowing reviews real?
