Once Baker Brothers of Surrey have got your money they don't want to know, joe seems a genuinely nice guy but Russell hasn't even got the time to talk when im trying to resolve a problem with a car I purchased a few weeks ago. After spending a lot of money with them I'd expect a much better service, Russell hasn't responded once to numerous emails since I've told him about the problem with the car.
