Terrible sales

I would be extremely wary about using Balgonie Motor Company and the nearby garage who they use to MOT their cars. A car I bought for my son was sold with a new MOT and not a single advisory note was mentioned on the MOT certificate. When I got the car MOT tested (1400 miles later) it failed its MOT and required the following work to be done on it to pass: New complete exhaust system, new front brake disks, new front brake pads, 4 x new tyres, new front brake pipe, new CV boot, 2 x new front wipers. The car was also serviced by this garage and when my local garage did out an oil change on the car I was informed that they had fitted the old oil filter upside down. Avoid this garage at all cost or be prepared to pay out a lot of money afterwards. The car went on to have further problems with the gear linkage arm, battery, CV joint, starter motor, ignition coil pack, ABS system, both rear brakes, hand brake, and the cambelt tensioner which kept failing. This ultimately lead to the cambelt continually being thrown and the water pump failing. This caused the engine to overheat and ultimately seize up. The car is now lying in a scrap yard and my son has been left with an empty bank account and without a car. All this was within 6000 miles of buying the car from this dealer. Stay well clear of Balgonie Motor Company....you have been warned!!!
