Don't have time to answer emails

I recently enquired about one of the cars for sale at Countryside Cars in Bromsgrove. I asked them a few questions via email and my reply from them was i haven't got time to answer emails or text messages. For someone who's selling cars with attitude like that it's a wonder they sell any cars.
