Gavin at Johnstone Car Sales was incredibly helpful when I was unexpectedly forced to look for another car following an accident. I visited a number of other secondhand car dealerships and I was amazed at how many tried to fob me off with stories about why there was a funny noise from the engine or why the window wasn't opening smoothly. Gavin, on the other hand, was incredibly straight forward to deal with. He showed great patience as I took my time looking over several vehicles and, when I found the vehicle I liked, he happily talked through the pros and pointed out things to watch out for. When there was a delay getting my insurance payment through Gavin showed fantastic customer service, not only holding on to the car for me for a short time but also being genuinely empathetic about my plight. The Clio I bought was in great condition and there was a really good range of vehicles at very reasonable prices. The extra bonus is that I can take my car back to Johnstone Car sales for the MOT and any future work that might need doing and I feel like I will be treated with the same level of customer service. All in all, Gavin proved to be a friendly, trustworthy human in a sea of insurance cr*p and automated phone calls. I can't recommend Johnstone care Sales highly enough and will definitely go back when I need another car.
