Barnstaple Volkswagen are without a doubt the most unorganised garage i have ever seen. How many garages do you go to where you have to wait 30 mins plus in branch to book your vehicle in for a first service because they are unable to book it over the phone. How stupid! As for the service i hope no one ever gets a problem because its like little britain! " computer says no". Would not recommend ever to anyone.
