Very unhappy!

Partner bought my first car from Motor Link in Bristol. After 3 days the car was making noises and noticed it was wanky at the back and this was caused by a spring being put in upside down! The car would not start after the third day! After trying to take it back they were most unhelpful and said they will "repair" it for a charge! But will not refund us or take the car back! My partner is beside himself as he feels he has let me down! Citizens advice will be called!
