Gary Farr of Elite Motors was brilliant. I didn't feel pressured at all. He was knowledgeable, friendly and ever so helpful. One week after taking delivery of the car, my alternator failed. I called Gary and he asked me to get the car back to him, gave me a courtesy car and had his mechanic confirm it was definitely the alternator and then paid to have a new one put in. After sales service was exemplary. I would recommend Gary to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used car.
