Misleading

Bought a premium annual service the largest one stated on the website however this was not completed with only an oil and filter change completed, then to top it off I was told I would have to pay a further £149 on top of the £230 I've already paid. Only after a good 5 minute argument with the receptionist who was very rude did I manage to get them to agree to do the work I had paid for. I would expect good service considering I bought the he car from them in the hehe first place but would never use Glews Garage again.
