Buyer Beware

Please do not buy a car from Stevenage Motor Centre you will end up with a very expensive pile of scrap metal. The car lasted 3 weeks and stranded us miles from home. The engine was totally trashed and the owner refused to give us our money back and insists he can put a second hand engine in the car and make us have it back He is a bully and has said if we go near the garage again he will call the police, after looking at reviews for this garage and the other garage he owns we are not the only ones He is almost daring people to take him to court. He has no intention of complying with the consumer rights act I believe he thinks if he makes it hard enough people will go away and just take the crumbs he offers. His action has caused a great deal of hardship we even had to buy another car as he did not even offer the use of another car he has had the car back in his possession longer than we had it.We were promised a pre- sale service, oil change and filter, did not happen either.
