Absolutely disgusting customer care they take your money and tell lies about everything they supposed to put a Mondeo in for MOT on a Mondeo 11/2/17 and said failed on rear calipers. Checked DVLA car wasn't put in for the MOT, now im out of pocket and still no car, solicitors here i come.
