Bad Customer Care
Buying the car was rather easy and we were able to negotiate the price. Although I was disappointed to find that even after being told it would come with an MOT and service it wasn't arranged and the car was sold without it. After ringing countless times trying to get an answer to whether or not they were going to do it, I was told that they weren't because of the new price. If that was the case I wasn't told AT ALL! I would have liked them to keep their end of the bargain but this was obviously not important to them. If the deal changes in ANYWAY you should always let the customer know before buying. I would recommend that Team-Auto work on their communications between each other and the customer.
