Paid 6k for volvo v50 from Highway Garage NW. When i went to pick it up it was sat outside with engine running they said carpets had just been shampooed so heater was on to finish drying. Gave me 3 month warranty and as i live 130 miles away they will pay a local garage to fix any problems. MOT not available but will post it. Next morning almost killed the battery trying to start it but was ok after that. Next morning and every morning since it is the same thing. First time it rained water pouring through the sunroof switch panel and first time i used aircon PINTS of water pouring out of duct under drivers seat. Made about a hundred phone calls but they would not let me take it to a local garage. Eventually the warranty ran out they offered me £80 because they said that is what it would cost them to sort. They stopped answering my calls after that and still no MOT cert It cost me £65 to fix sunroof leak and garage say it will be around £550 to sort other things which is money i dont have right now.
