Unhelpful after getting the car

Going for a car from Lookers Vauxhall Yardley, all very helpful up to getting the car, but then when you try to get the free gift, silence and no-one want to speak to you. you e-mail, ring and go down but still nearly a year later nothing!!!!! It's not just about the gift but the customer service on this, being blanked. I would not recommend them at all to anyone going for a car new or used !!!! One VERY unhappy customer.
