Worst experience ever.!!!!!
Purchased a £19000 Mercedes e class 64 plate 17k miles from Arthur Prince Cars2Go. Where to start from...was told car is immaculate inside and out apart from a few scratches. (Kieran in sales).agreed a deal which included full tank and Autoglym. Arranged finance and paid for car. A day before collection get told that a light has come up on the dashboard and the car is at Mercedes for work under warranty. Have to wait another week get told by sales manager sammi free delivery to the house for the hassle. Still chasing the garage for delivery. Eventually car delivered after 2!weeks. Condition of car as not described leather seats ripped. Damage to skirting and front grill. No autoglym and no fuel in the car. Phone them up and get told it's a used car and it's bound to have ripped leather seats and damage here and there.. eventually they decide to pick car up from home which is about 135 miles from the dealership. Car comes back after 5 days with leather repaired full tank and the damage repaired but no autoglym aftercare pack and the car mats a missing. Mark the sales manager no help at all. Questioning the issues I had with car trying to justify. Not returning emails and saying he never received them. Car was bought on Dec 29 2017. Still waiting for the mats and autoglym pack which was supposed to have been sent last week.. worst thing is that I emailed the director of the company mr prince who is in charge of complaints twice to make the complaint and till this day I have had no response. Also left 2 telephone messages. I have all the evidence for the above.. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF THEIR MOUTH.!!!!!!!!
