Terrible and very unprofessional

There is way too much to go into. To cut a long story short , they sold me a car with mechanical faults. When i came to getting it sorted it out they were not the slightest bit interested. I had to call trading standards to get further advice. I wrote them a very well worded letter which was courteous and professional as they were ignoring my texts and calls. They then responded saying i have threatened physical violence to them which is a load of rubbish, and that i have no rights. They reported me to the police in a 'fraud case ', I've never been so offended and ashamed of someone in my life, very low move from them. I will sue them. And i won't let them get away with what they are doing. Disgraceful, wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Shame.
