Terrible and unprofessional
We called and arranged to test drive a car on a Saturday at Graham Walker Ltd. We were told to be there before 1pm, which we were. Once there we were told we couldn't test drive it. We explained that we had called a few days earlier and had driven down from Manchester to test drive the car but the guy told us that even if we were in the diary we wouldn't be able to take it out that day. We left a deposit on the car and arranged to come back 3 days later. Luckily we had the man write on the receipt that we could have a full refund if we weren't happy with the way the vehicle drove.When we went back it was very clear that there were a few issues with the car.We weren't happy with the way it drove so we told the owner, Graham, that we didn't want to buy it. He became extremely defensive telling us that the car was fine, that there was nothing wrong with the car! then he told us that we couldn't have the deposit back until 4.30pm that evening.We only got the dep back because we shown him the receipt!
