Poor quality cars

Drove 100 mile round trip after speaking to this company on the phone, I was assured that the car was 'in great condition' etc. Upon arrival, all the cars were in poor condition, clearly having had cosmetic work done to some of them, others just in a poor state. Don't even waste the phone call, never mind your time and your fuel.
