I wanted to test drive the new Ateca . I telephoned the sales team at Snows Poole and was given an appointment on the following Sunday. The salesman tried to call me on the Saturday I returned his call and was told that Mark the salesman who would be there Sunday was busy and would call me back. I received no call...I did drive 45 minutes to Poole on the Sunday and rang again leaving message on answerphone I received no reply. I entered showrooms and stood around for ten minutes received not even an acknowledgement, so I left. It is in my opinion a very poor customer service, I am now thinking of buying the car direct on an online dealership. Snows of Poole I would not recommend.
