Shocking!!!!!!!!

Purchased a car with them in good faith, I asked for a reliable and safe car to drive my child in as I am a vulnerable household. He promised to have the car cleaned and did not do this (bottles of old water in the car etc) I accepted that as he seemed very busy and apologised so I got it cleaned myself. Since found that the car has multiple engine problems, a very old oil leak and has continuously costed me in repairs. When I approached them they went from being very reassuring and friendly when they sold me the car, to very cold, rude and patronising. He also "congratulated" me on my guts to come in 3 months after buying the car. Universal Car Sources are very intimidating to deal with.
