Good cars, very bad service

I am really happy with the Vauxhall Astra I purchased from Crown Motors. Despite the fact that It was a different colour to what was advertised, It was clean and in good shape. I did have an issue with it but that's been sorted now free of charge what was good. What lets them down is they way they were when I came to collect the car. They just handed me the keys and sent me on my way. I would recommend this dealership based on their cars but their customer service skills need a lot of work.
