Helpful dealership, gave an exact timescale for everything and stuck to it. Only problem was that the van was supposed to have had a new MOT put on it which wasn't done on collection, as the dealer was a long distance away, it wasn't an option to wait longer for this and come back on another day to collect. It was agreed that when the current MOT ran out and the van was put through it's next one, if there were any issues, the dealership would sort these out, there were no issues, so no further contact was necessary.
