Aftercare not good enough

I am happy with my car from Cart Trader UK but I have had some issues that I feel haven't been dealt with as they should. The car was sold with no chip in the sat nav and the battery in the key fob had to be changed after only a week. I also contacted the warranty company to inform them that the brake disks and pads needed to be changed but they said I would have to contact the dealership as it wouldn't be covered. The staff at Car Trader were very nice people but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
