Very friendly and patient

We needed to drive 2 hours to look at a car that was for sale at Russell Street Motors. I phoned the dealer who gave his name to ask him to read out the service history for the car before we came to look at it. He gave a very detailed list. He also opened up his premises so we could come on the Sunday. When we arrived he was friendly. He was chatty and helpful and also pointed out some of the flaws of the car. He was patient both whilst we looked carefully around the car and allowed a long test drive. Again he was considerate whilst we had a final look around the car. Although we didn't buy the car, because we felt that it was overpriced and there were issues which would need to be addressed to get the car to be the standard we felt for the price. We would definitely travel the distance if other suitable cars came up on his forecourt. Thank you Ussman.
