Very friendly but major faults
Guy selling the Jaguar XF was very friendly but economical with the truth. Told me he couldn't see past the 42k service as he only had a photocopy of the record. Turns out there was an unused space right next to 42k service so he would know it hadn't been serviced since. Car sold with 80k on it. 2 months later I tried the spare key to find it didn't work. Because of the cost of a key replacement, £276, was told this was not covered by the 3 month warranty. Car is otherwise good, just let down by niggling penny pinching customer service.
