Poor service from this man

I got a BMW from this guy in September 2016 broke down on way home he said we will sort it and four months down the line it still not working, he hangs up on me or don't answer my calls or emails not helpful guy so today I filled to court to get my money back, don't buy from Jamie Devob or Van HQ.
