Use caution if buying a car from Initial Cars in Leeds. I bought an automatic Corsa from these people. I was excited about my new car and could not wait to drive it, only to find I have been able to drive it once in 3 weeks. The car is faulty and will not start the rest of the time. The dealership let slip that the car had done the same fault with them before delivery. I requested a refund for the car, in which time I have been lied to, sworn at, called names, threatened and thrown off the property. I have been told that as I do not have a driving licence I do not know how to operate the car, the car fault is my fault as I turned the car off in the wrong mode. I have been given ridiculous excuses and forced to leave with a potentially still faulty car. All because I have been sold a faulty car and had the audacity to expect to be refunded for faulty goods. Be careful!!!
