I made a phone call just to enquire about a Lexus that I had seen on the website for my daughter and was bowled over by the courtesy and helpful manner I received from Stephen. We went to view the car this morning and John had all the paperwork ready and waiting a cup of tea later everything was ready to go. John even went online and did the paperwork for the retention of my daughters private plates and had new plates made ready and waiting for as soon as the v5 comes through.
