I saw a particular car on their website which attracted me to the dealer i confirmed if the dealer still have the car on phone, they said yes but a different color but on getting to the office the car that was claimed on the phone to be same as on website is different, i took it has it is because i dont want my travelling down to Surrey to be in vain and atleast its still a family car i needed that was shown to me.The car needed some touches which i was told will be done before collection, but unfortunately nothing was done when i got there to pick it up. I had to ring the officer in charge when i got home the car will be returned for the necessary work,i dont get to speak with him for couple of days and he didnt call me back. Eventually when i got to speak with him he agreed that i bring it back, it will be ready for pick up the nextday, but on getting their my husband was told it will be finished that same day but there is no where to keep the car overnight. No good customer service
