The after sales service is the worst I've ever come across, They Left my daughter stranded on the Isle Of Man over Christmas and New year due to idol promises and Total incompidance, She actualy recieved someone elses car key..They never return phone calls when promise to or solve any issues unless nagged and nagged. The customer complaint department isn't any better, I'm sick of e-mailing them and getting no reply, They are just totally ignorant and obviously dont know how to do there jobs, I would recommend that everyone stay well away from Arnold Clark dealerships
