I purchased a VW Touareg from Darryl in November2016, on an 05 plate (so 11 years old). I paid £4900 which I think was a fair price, I found Darryl a straight talking guy, no bull s..t , he gave us a weeks full warranty and then 2 months half and half warranty on every thing . Well as you can expect with an eleven year old car there were a few problems, i.e. Parking sensors, battery, oil leak , manifold problem, all of which he resolved free of charge, I would highly recommend him and his car sales. The only disappointment was that having taken the car back into his garage for a couple of the repairs I had to take it back again as the repairs done, didn't resolve the problem, i.e. On the visit with the manifold , they put a new gasket on , didn't resolve the problem as it was the manifold itself. Another time the oil leak , they resealed the rocker cover , but it was also leaking from the crankshaft seal , so a little frustrating and I think his mechanics could be a little more diligent. But all that said Darryl could not have apologised any more than he did, and he did supply and fit me two new tyres at trade cost and gave me a credit note for free mot , and never charged for any of the repairs. Now I buy cars a lot newer and far more expensive, and they have teething problems. But be realistic, and if you have a problem give the guy a chance to sort it out and I tell you, you will not be disappointed,. Top guy , and I must mention his service receptionist (Gill) is a great asset to Darryls busses ( she could have a job with me anytime). I would be happy to be contacted by anyone thinking of buying of Darryl. All the Best Nigel
