Extremely disappointed with the service from Rowcliffes Yeovil, they were very helpful when selling the car to us (of course) but when my 2 year old daughter was locked inside the car for 3.5 hours that we bought from them only a year and a half later they didn't want to know. After taking the car to them after the stressful incident all they could put it down to was a ONE OFF and confirmed it SHOULD NEVER HAD happened. But wasn't prepared to help towards the cost towards the damage made getting my daughter out! Even though they'd confirmed the stressful situation should never had happened. Not great customer care at all. The service team had also verbally said they would contribute 20% of the cost but when I phoned the customer care team who spoke to them they then had the audacity to deny ever saying it.
