Enthusiastic sales staff but very poor technical systems that give constant contradictory information to staff making their sales job difficulat which leads to customer dissatisfaction and frustration with lack of reliability. Maybe you could train your staff. The senior Sales Manager displayed more arrogance than polite and professional customer sales service. No acknowledgement of their own systems failures. I had to pay more for their mistakes. I was simply trying to buy a new car for a member of my family. Not a satisfactory experience overall.
