Upset and disgruntled

Very bad experience with this dealership. Vehicle not as described and dealership not keen to assist in a resolution to the issues.... Salesstaff withheld information about the vehicle despite the fact we asked for a certain vehicle specification. When this was pointed out to them, they denied all knowledge and said "it isn't in our policy to state what isn't in the vehicle". This seems inadequate.... We were provided with two different brochures for the same vehicle. Staff did not notice this until it was pointed out to them. Communication between staff was very poor, each one giving different advice and information on what was and wasn't not on the vehicle. Several items such as Bluetooth were not even on the vehicle to start with. This was fitted but to date isn't working.... The Truckman canopy was fitted four weeks late, was also faulty in the the lock did not work and had a large crack in the surround. Despite promises of a small refund for our inconvenice we are still attempting to rectify the issues above 3 months after buying the vehicle and of course there is no sign of this refund...... STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALER
