I purchased a Renault Megane 1.5DCI from Autoshine Motors back 10 months ago, various issues have arisen from that involving; - Not receiving the service book. And when you told me it would be sent to me in the next 14 days, I never received it, luckily I have friends in Bristol so I was up there and popped in and saw the guy who I always speak to on the phone every time, not only had you not even ATTEMPTED to post me the Service book, It wasn’t even filled in, to which the guy above left the premises to go across the road to get it filled in which I knew from there it was a bit dodgy. - I should have never purchased the car, but as I know a mechanic he has done the work to the car you NEVER did I.E CAMBELT change, WINDOW electrics & crack in passenger side wing mirror. The women with you don’t know if its your sister or wife was never told, all I know is that it’s a family run business, she wrote down all that was needed to be done to the car and NONE of it was done, but you did knock off money in fairness, its just an eye opener of the organisation and how its run. - No Warranty Paperwork received (investigating this through various methods) I was told if I wished to have the warranty then that’s great, but if not you would take off £100.00, as I’ve never received anything EVER from you I feel I am due a refund of this £100.00, you NEVER got back to me about this, Several attempts to contact you. - Never Returning any of my calls EVER I always speak to the same guy who doesn’t seem to know much about the trade which is fair enough, he always takes my number down and says he will pass it to you and I never get a call back, I’ve also sent several e-mails to the AUTOSHINE website, which I have left my e-mail on, with no response via e-mail or phone. - You never sent me the LOG BOOK; I have tried to get this resolved with you for the past few months, once again speaking to the same guy giving him the number plate & my contact number. I’ve now had to pay £25.00 to get a new one, when it was you who never sent it off. It’s still under Trade with the DVLA. I have recently attempted to go on company reviews web sites just to state the above really; I just don’t understand what the problem with you is really. Granted I may just be one of the unlucky one’s but its been the most unprofessional turn of events, I know car dealerships and car sales is in itself part and parcel of a BIT DODGY on times but this I feel is pathetic.
