Angry and out of pocket

This dealer took £100 deposit on a car - Ford Focus. My husband drove 100 miles to find that they did not have the valid/current log book and a huge dent in the side which was not photographed in the original advert. It all sounded to suspicious so my husband walked away. The owner has not returned our deposit, and says he is out of the country. He is a liar and I certainly would never recommend.
