Poor customer service. Spoke on the phone as we were interested in a car in particular, he discussed costs, gave us a price for our car to part ex, we said we would come down to the garage and within 30 mins whilst on our way he sold the car to someone else, on Christmas Eve when he was apparently closed and asked for us to come as quickly as possible as he needed to get away, which we did. Will not use this place again and will definitely not recommend- they are clearly only interested in a sale rather than any sort of customer service which goes a long way in my experience.
