I purchased my BMW 530i from David at Uplands Motors a few days ago. I had seen a few other examples and had researched on common problems with the E60 BMW. David knew seemed very knowledgeable on BMWs in general and the car met my criteria. I was offered a very reasonable part exchange on my 330ci - far more realistic than webuyanycar. I had noted an issue with the battery, which may have been due to the car not having been run for a couple of weeks. David had a new MOT test completed on the car while I waited and assured me if the battery remained an issue after the car had been driven for a while he would pay for a new battery. Having purchased the car, a day or so later I identified that the battery did need to be replaced. I contacted David and, as a man of his word he transferred me the money for a new battery - a level pf service that is unheard of when purchasing a used car. There appear to be no other issues with the car than those I had already identified and accepted prior to purchasing. I'm very pleased with the car, but more so taken a back by the outstanding service.
