They have had wife's ford focus in for service. We told them stop start didn't work. 1) They didn't address the stop start issue. 2) They said water pump was leaking so cost ££££ I told them I had extended guarantee and pump should be covered. I then booked it back in for water pump to be replaced and stop start to be looked at. Got call saying nothing wrong with water pump. It was the water bottle which is no where near the pump. Again didn't address stop start. So booked it in again for stop start. Now they are saying battery needs replacing. Cost ££££ Are they having a laugh !!! Don't use them. Run a mile I would give 0 if I could in their review. Think ford Bracknell Service department are a waste of time.
