The dealer, Joe, was not knowledgeable as the car was not as described by him or on their specification - advertised with Bluetooth, did not have it. After much persistence " Hello? I am the customer and you made the error" they paid for retro fit hands free kit which works but is not the same and no music streaming. Also no handbooks which they said numerous times they would sort and have not. LMC Epping asked me to review and I asked again for handbooks - no reply. So in summary save your money and take your chance on Ebay after sales service will be the same.
