I was looking for a Fiesta Titanium & saw one with under 15k milage advertised in Autotrader at Peoples Ford Accrington in June 2016. I phoned their HQ & arranged to view the car the following day At the dealers I was shown the wrong car but eventually found the correct one which had bodywork damage which I was assured would be sorted but it wasn't done well. Then when I collected the car I saw that the mileage was 17k+ but they insisted that was correct. I checked with Autotrader who confirmed I was correct but the Sales Mgr offered me a £40 but I wanted £150 which was only agreed to after I threatened to return the car & get my money back, very stressfull
