Megane Purchase issues
I express my severe dissatisfaction with the 2015 Renault Megane 1.5L Diesel (purchase price: £6,000 + £200 delivery) that I purchased from your dealership remotely. I made this purchase based on your assurance that despite the relatively high price for a 2015 model, the vehicle was in great condition and had no significant issues. As per its policy, the full payment was made before delivery. Upon delivery, I discovered numerous problems with the vehicle that were not disclosed to me and significantly impacted its condition and safety. These issues include: * Faulty battery required immediate replacement. * Damaged rear brake discs and the need to replace all brake pads. * Water leaks inside the left stop light. * A small crack in the front windshield. * Significant scratches and worn paint under the car, which were misrepresented as "protective stickers." * A loose fog light. * Broken vent tabs. * Stiff rear doors and metallic noises when closing the front doors. * The car was delivered in a dirty condition, and the floor mats were not replaced. I have already sent a complaint via email to the owner but have not received a reply. This lack of response is highly concerning and adds to my disappointment. This experience has been extremely poor. I deeply regret not researching reviews more thoroughly before this purchase, and I can assure you that I will not be buying another car from your dealership in the future.
