My experience with Cargem has been nothing short of appalling. What should have been a straightforward post-sale issue turned into four weeks of delays, conflicting updates, and complete lack of accountability. Communication was vague, dismissive, and often contradictory. Reasonable requests for clarification, timelines, or escalation were ignored. I’ve genuinely never dealt with a dealership less willing to take responsibility or communicate professionally. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind — avoid Cargem. I regret ever trusting them.
