Awful experience!

Husband and I went to look at a car at this dealership recently. Was met by Chris, all very friendly told us to take our time. Offered a test drive, again was told to take our time there’s no pressure. On returning from the test drive we were advised that someone else had come along to look at the car while we were out (take what you want from that!) I noticed a fair bit of rust on the inside of the back passenger door when mentioned to Chris his reply was it’s ok you can’t see it! I said it’s rust it travels, he told me it won’t? When I asked if there was any room to move on the price his reply was “no we don’t need to” in a sarcastic arrogant manner (there are better and nicer ways of saying no!) When asked what sort of warranty came with the vehicle he said a full warranty, I asked for a breakdown to which he replied “it’s in house I get to decide what and what isn’t covered” Red flags were raising for me now. He had a lack of knowledge about the car and didn’t take kindly to being asked questions about it! Throughout the whole process he spoke about how busy his forecourt was on Saturdays and the amount of 5 star reviews he has. I decided against buying a car from arrogant Chris who is a full on egotistical narcissist. Curious to see these 5 star reviews he kept banging on about (that aren’t verified) I find it extremely hard to believe that these are legitimate. However reading the 1 star reviews I can wholeheartedly believe them! I’m writing this review to warn others to proceed with caution! As someone else has said on here this guy has changed his business name several times - I wonder why!!!!
