Appalling after sales service. Beware.
Every fix on our campervan under warranty has made it worse and has damaged veneer and flooring. No paperwork or accountability for terrible repairs that have been made. This is an ongoing issue - before we bought it we asked for the leg of the bed to be fixed. We were assured it was - but the welding was so poor it fell off during our first trip. Then they broke it so it had to be secured with velcro -- and they thought this was acceptable despite it damaging the floor and the veneer because they have big screws that hit it when the bed is put in seating mode. When I went to complain and said I would stay until they refunded us. One of the junior salesmen looked at it and kept saying "can you use the bed?". I said yes at the moment - but it is damaging the floor and the veneer and looks terrible. And he kept saying - "is it in working order though?" And he repeatedly said - "you know what I mean". I knew exactly what he meant. Its fine for our van to look terrible and for the bed to be damaging the van - as we had asked for a working bed and for the time being - had that. Photos are in the google review if interested. Nicky called the police while we were waiting - despite not asking us to leave. Police were helpful and agreed trading standards and pursuing civil action - which we now will be doing.
