Very poor service.

I have bought two cars from Premier Dukinfield and influenced my family in the the purchase of two more. My cars have always been serviced by Premier, mainly for the continuity of service, not for the quality of their work. When I put put the car in for MOT last time I asked them to adjust the handbrake because I didn't think that it would pass the MOT without attention. The car passed and no adjustment was made. When I took the the car for service in May 2025 I again asked them to adjust the handbrake and they failed to do so. Travelling to a holiday destination just four days later the handbrake failed completely and a costly repair by a mobile mechanic was necessary. I have now sold the car privately and ordered a new Kia car. I didn't buy it from Premier as they've seen the last of me and my money. One final point on the service, when the car was six months old I complained that the ISG wasn't working, they advised that my fifty miles a day wasn't enough to keep the battery at a good charge level and that I should charge the battery overnight, every night.
