I recently purchased an approved used BMW X2 from Williams, Manchester. My sales person was Adam Graham. From the moment we met Adam I knew I was going to buy a car from him. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to what we had in mind, really listened and helped us choose the best model for us. Adam made buying a car an absolute delight. He kept us up to date and informed every step of the way. The hand over was spectacular and made us feel really special. The whole experience was faultless. Why can’t all dealers be like WILLIAMS BMW, and why can’t all sales persons be like Adam Graham. Excellent!
