Q6 E-Tron - Assistance the “Frunk !!”

Bought an Audi Q6 E-tron (2025) from Harwoods Audi Portsmouth. I decided to order the retro front boot (Frunk) to house all EV cables. When it arrived, I was not sure how to fit it, however, Ali from the parts department offered to help me fit the frunk. His offer of help was really appreciated as I was grateful for his assistance. What is important to recognise is that he didn’t have to even when I offered to pay. My thanks to Ali for being an ambassador for Audi demonstrating good customer service. Top Man
