After delivery
Recently we purchased a Toyota CHR and really disappointed with the delivery. On the day of viewing appointment and the day we transferred the full amount they made sure will have a good clean,polishing and full wallet before the delivery. unfortunately the car has been delivered with full dirt inside the bonett and even in the boot. Along with this there is a quite big scratches on the bumper as well.So we contacted the office very next morning and they told that our sales person is on his day off and will contact us soon once he is back. But we haven’t received any calls yet.Previously we bought few other car even cheaper than this but all those were delivered so perfectly. The main thing occurred within 10 days of delivery the car had a breakdown. so we contacted the BTS garage as we have 3 months warranty from garage and we have taken another 3 years of warranty from them , a platinum cover warranty which the sales manager encouraged us to take that one stating it covers everything for our car and there would be peace of mind if we have that warranty coverage. On 10/06 early morning our car had break down with all warning lights on. so we contacted the BTS at 9am but their response was not good enough and it was like washing their hands and simply said to contact the warranty wise for the further actions. Then AA came as per warranty wise and then took it to Mansfield Toyota for the diagnostic test and result was the battery doesn’t have any further life and needs an urgent change and the Toyota said they don’t have deal with warranty wise.So it is not possible to claim from them.So we contacted again to the garage for the solution and they said us to take the car to a local garage and get the quote as main dealers has more costs.Or to take the car to bts for a battery change and for a full clean and maintenance and they said they are ready even in the weekend.So we called them on that Friday to said we will be coming there on Saturday for all the works but at that time the informed there is no mechanic on weekend and asked us to change the battery from the local garage and they will pay us .So we did the battery change on Saturday 14/06 and forwarded the bill to them soon after the change but until now we haven’t received that amount of battery change, only we got the diagnostic charge and now they are not replying to our email now . At the time of purchase they said we can took car to any garage including the main dealers and the warranty wise will be able to cover everything. And then we struggled a whole week with all these mess and paid a lot to the taxis. Instead of getting peace of mind we were total frustrated with the services they provided.
