Approach with caution

I purchased a car from this garage nearly 10 months ago and reported a serious issue with the vehicle within the first month. Despite numerous calls, emails, and promises from their team, the problem still hasn’t been resolved. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to be left in limbo for this long, it’s been unnecessary added stress to a really traumatic year for our family, especially when the issue was identified so early on. The lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable. I expected better after-sale support, but instead, I’ve been given the runaround for nearly a year. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this garage—once the sale is done, don’t expect any real help or responsibility on their part.
